Self-Edit Social is a done-for-you social media management service. We're real people - content creators and designers - who handle your social media so you don't have to. Every post is custom-created for your brand and approved by you before going live.
We create custom content based on your brand guidelines and business goals, then send it to you for review via your portal or email. You can approve, request changes, or reject any post. Nothing goes live until you give the green light.
Our onboarding process takes 7 business days from sign-up to your first content plan delivery. You'll complete a brand questionnaire, set up a shared Google Drive folder, grant us access to your social media accounts, and receive your custom content strategy within one week.

We recommend reviewing content within 24-48 hours to maintain a consistent posting schedule. However, we work with your timeline and can adjust our workflow to match your availability.
Simple pricing: $99 per unique post, per month (in CAD). You pick your platforms and posting frequency, and we handle the rest.

The setup fee is simply your first 3 months prepaid. This covers our onboarding work including brand discovery, strategy development, and your first content plan.
For example, if your monthly plan is $297/month, your setup fee would be $891 (3 x $297). After the initial 3 months, you're billed monthly at the same rate.
Syndication means we automatically cross-post the same content to related platforms at no extra charge. For example:
You only pay for unique content creation - syndication just extends your reach without adding to your bill.
Short-form video (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels) is priced at $99 per video per month - same as regular posts, but priced monthly instead of weekly.
Long-form video content (full YouTube videos, webinars, etc.) requires additional production work and is quoted separately. Contact us for custom video pricing.
After your initial 3-month commitment, your subscription converts to month-to-month at the same rate. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Your rate is locked in and will never increase as long as you stay subscribed.
The setup fee is non-refundable as it covers the work to onboard your account. We put significant effort into learning your brand and creating your strategy. However, we're confident you'll love the service.
For you? Never. Once you're a customer, your rate is locked in as long as you stay subscribed. We may increase prices for new customers as we grow, but existing customers always keep their founding rate.
Your plan is completely flexible. Add platforms or increase posting frequency anytime and we'll pro-rate the difference. Reduce your plan at the end of any billing period. No long-term contracts after your initial 3 months.
Yes! We start with a detailed onboarding session to understand your brand voice, style, target audience, and goals. All content is created specifically for your business by dedicated team members who learn your brand.
Absolutely! We encourage collaboration. You can upload photos, videos, content ideas, or specific messages to your shared Google Drive folder anytime. We'll incorporate them into our content calendar.
Basic monitoring and flagging of important comments/messages is included. Full community management (responding to all comments/DMs) is available as an add-on service.
No problem! You get unlimited revisions to any content before approval. We'll make changes until you're satisfied. For emergency edits after posting, contact us immediately and we'll update or remove the content.
Yes! Holiday and seasonal content is available as an add-on service. We can plan months ahead so you never miss an important occasion - Mother's Day, local events, industry holidays, and more. Contact us to add this to your plan.
We use secure business tools like Meta Business Suite and official platform APIs. You maintain full ownership of your accounts. We never ask for your passwords when possible, and can be removed as a manager at any time.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We're backed by Self-Edit Technologies (est. 1998) with nearly three decades of experience handling client data securely.
After your 3-month minimum, you can cancel with 30 days notice. We'll provide all content created during your service period and remove our access to your accounts. You keep all posts and followers!
