1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Self-Edit Social's services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Self-Edit Technologies Inc. ("Self-Edit Social," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Service Description

Specific services included in your plan will be outlined in your service agreement or subscription details.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Social Media Access

You grant us permission to access and manage your social media accounts as necessary to provide our Services. You may revoke this access at any time through your social media platform settings or by contacting us.

3.3 Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Subscription fees are outlined on our website and in your service agreement. All prices are in CAD (Canadian Dollars).

4.2 Setup Fee and Minimum Commitment

Important: New customers pay a setup fee equal to 3 months of service prepaid. This covers onboarding (brand discovery, strategy development, and your first content plan) and represents your minimum 3-month commitment. After the initial 3-month period, your subscription will automatically convert to a month-to-month basis at the same monthly rate.

4.3 Billing

The setup fee (equal to 3 months prepaid) is charged upon order confirmation. After the initial 3-month period, subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the same day each month. We accept major credit cards processed securely through our payment provider.

4.4 Late Payments

Accounts with payments more than 15 days overdue may be suspended. Services will resume upon payment of all outstanding balances plus any applicable late fees.

4.5 Refunds

The setup fee is non-refundable as it covers the work to onboard your account, including brand discovery, strategy development, and your first content plan. Due to the custom nature of our Services, we do not provide refunds for services already rendered. If you are dissatisfied, we will work with you to address your concerns.

5. Cancellation and Termination

5.1 Cancellation by Client

After your 3-month minimum commitment, you may cancel your subscription with 30 days written notice. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@selfeditsocial.com.

5.2 Early Termination

If you terminate your subscription before completing the 3-month minimum commitment, you will be responsible for payment of all remaining months in the initial commitment period.
